Student Science Club

All students interested in physiology and pathophysiology are invited to work in the Student Science Club at the Department of Experimental and Clinical Physiology.
Members of the Scientific Club take part in the experimental work of research teams, and prepare papers on the latest achievements in physiology. The thematic scope of research carried out in our Department are primarily related with the cardiovascular and nervous systems. We perform experiments mainly using animal models of diseases, but we also carry out a research projects based on the analysis of patient material provided by Hospital Clinics of the Medical University of Warsaw. Students taking an active part in the implementation of projects have the opportunity to present the obtained results at student conferences as well as in scientific publications.
